- Operating Cash Account $70,282.77 –includes $30K in insurance proceeds
- Reserve Account(s) $306,716.55.- including insurance reserves
- SA Account(s) $170,134.78
- Total Assets $547,134.10
We need to pay out for Swanson unit insurance claims. Will cost 28k. We will need to pay out of operating account. Despite receiving some money for this it has been put in operating account and spent when poorly accounted for previously.
Reserve account has been fully funded every month since GFK has taken over.
Galan would like to move forward on getting CondoInternet (now part of Wave). Will look more details and pricing.
7:05-7:25 Old Business- updates
- Preventative Maintenance plan- Bid for approval attached- bid approved scheduling with a 3 week lead time
- Bed bugs- preventative maintenance.
Things are going well so this will be removed from future meetings except in the case of an outbreak. - Landscaping to the building- board approved 10K in expenditures- Project is underway, this expense will come out of the SA OP Account- project complete.
Everything looks good - Back Fence- need a clear scope from Fire Department – Bid for approval attached- bid approved, discussion regarding replacement of green area required.
5000 to landscape greenspace behind where fence will go on mini wall. - Time line for purchase of furniture and grills for roof top decks- to be purchased in March- Anthony and Megan will be shopping $5000 budget for each roof top deck.
